This is a consultancy led service which suits you if you want to prepare your business for sale for the highest results.

The consultancy proceeds with "Owner Focus" with 1 day of initial consultancy with you as an owner to understand your post exit goals. It is paramount to understand your current circumstances and goals to determine the next steps of your exit. We determine an initial valuation and consult on the different deal structures that may be best suited for your goals and business.

The "Owner Focus" M&A Advice follows onto "Business Focus" which includes 1 - 5 days of consultancy and visits to your business as required. I will conduct meetings with your board or senior management team to gather data on your business and provide initial coaching. Your team will have full access to the video trainings to implement in their divisions.

The initial consultancy is followed by a workshop to present the outcomes with a detailed actionable roadmap for your team to implement.

The final step of the Bespoke Advisory moves on to "Deal Focus". The focus moves onto the area which revolves around making your business "Deal Ready". We revisit the first day of consultancy to revalue the business and revisit the deal structures. You will begin to collate all of the business documentation. I will put the business through a test due diligence run on the main elemenets of the business. This is necessary to ensure potential acquirers are not able to erode the price of the business.
